Mr. Ali, is a proud son of Libya, he is a humble philanthropist whose life’s work is dedicated to forging a brighter tomorrow for his beloved nation. With a career spanning several decades, Mr. Ali has been instrumental in keeping Libya's energy sector robust through his pivotal role in the General Electricity Company. His expertise and leadership have ensured the continuous power supply that fuels the country's progress.
In addition to his contributions to the energy sector, Mr. Ali serves as a key member of the General Assembly of the Libyan Iron and Steel Company, where his strategic insights help steer one of Libya’s critical industries towards growth and sustainability.
However, it is his philanthropy that truly defines Mr. Ali's dedication to his nation. His vision to empower the Libyan people and restore prosperity and hope is at the heart of his many charitable endeavours. Alistdair Wilson Gough
Alistdair Wilson Gough is founder partner of 50 International and 50 Great Britain. His professional career spans over 40 years in providing tax planning and structuring services to clients both in the UK and abroad. During this time, he has been dealing with cases including complex cross-jurisdictional asset transfers, compliant anonymity, tax exempt intergenerational asset transfers, detailed non-domicile planning, unexplained wealth orders, failure to disclose orders, high capacity banking and the implementation of a diverse range of structures. He has established and operated several London family offices and overseen private wealth holdings focused on direct investment and providing strategic advise and operation of complex individuals and family interests both in the UK and abroad.
Dominick Ashe
An alumnus of Eton and Christ Church, Oxford University Dominick then spent over 20 years in the investment banking industry with subsequent posts at both the Hong Kong and UK Securities Institutes, where he oversaw a portfolio of professional examinations for students and practitioners.
Dominick joined Carfax Education in 2016 serving as the conduit between family offices, HNW families and individuals, as well as related professional service providers (lawyers, bankers, etc), and the various divisions of the Carfax Education Group.
Prior to that Dominick spent a year with Gabbitas Educational Consultants one of the UK's leading educational consultancies offering advice and support in all aspects of independent education.
